Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in Workday HCM, with strong expertise in report writing, understanding of all the modules in Workday, specifically in time tracking, absence, compensation, talent & performance.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience working with Workday HCM
- Expertise in Report Writing, Time Tracking, and BP Configurations
- Strong understanding of HR operations and workflows
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
