HBKS Wealth Advisors is seeking an IT Manager to lead the day-to-day support of information systems delivering HBKS core business functions. The IT Manager will act as a technical resource to HBKS's CEO, COO, and Director of Operations in support, maintenance, and security initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field
- 3+ years' experience with financial technology for financial advisors
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics CRM user experience with a demonstrated ability to integrate with other enterprise applications and systems
- Equivalent experience managing and supporting Microsoft cloud technologies like Microsoft Entra ID, AutoPilot, Intune, and the Office 365 suite
- Understanding of Meraki Networks and VPN technologies
- Proven successful execution/completion of technology projects
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Demonstrated managerial and mentoring abilities
- Naturally self-motivated and detailed oriented
- Resourceful and innovative problem-solving abilities
- Passion for technology and interest in exploring new technologies
- Willingness to travel to remote offices and industry events as needed
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule hours to ensure successful completion of projects
