Maintenance Supervisor job opening at Lynchburg Redevelopment & Housing Authority. Responsibilities include providing maintenance and repair of buildings, grounds, and structures, as well as overseeing maintenance staff and projects.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or vocational school equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive experience in residential maintenance and managing maintenance projects
- 2+ years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- HVAC certification required
- Valid driver's license and insurability under the Authority's plan
