HCO Behavioral Health is seeking qualified Provisional Licensed Mental Health Professionals (PLMHP) to join their team as Telehealth Counselors, providing outpatient mental and behavioral health services to clients aged 6 and up. The ideal candidate will hold Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (PLMFT), Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), or Certified Social Worker (CSW) and possess a passion for delivering quality counseling services through telehealth.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field.
• Current licensure as a LCSW, PLMFT, LMSW, or CSW in the state of Louisiana.
• Experience working with clients of various ages, with a focus on children and adolescents.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective telehealth interactions.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team environment.
• Proficient in using telehealth platforms for counseling services.
• Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week.
• Access to a private and secure workspace for telehealth sessions.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Willingness to complete provisional licensure and credentialing paperwork within the specified timeframe.
