Job Description
The Mental Health Specialist is responsible for rendering mental health services under the supervision of a LMHP and Program Director, including individual Psychosocial Rehabilitation services, developing goals for treatment, and assisting clients in restoring and rehabilitating social and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Valid Louisiana Drivers License
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in one of the following fields: Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Rehabilitation Services, Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Secondary Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, or Human Growth and Development
- Be 21 years of age or older
