Job Description
HCVT is seeking a skilled and motivated Legal Counsel to join their legal team. The ideal candidate will provide legal guidance and support across various areas of operations, handle time-sensitive assignments, and take initiative to think strategically. Prior experience as a transactional attorney is preferred.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the California State Bar and in good standing
- 3-6 years of experience practicing law in-house or at a law firm
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, legal research, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and curiosity
- An appreciation for, and understanding of, the importance of client confidentiality
