Tax Manager / Senior Manager

We're looking for a Tax Manager / Senior Manager to join our team at HCVT. As a manager in our Tax service line, you'll be responsible for reviewing federal and multi-state income tax returns, leading teams, and developing business with clients. Our team is known for its technical skill and ability to help clients address complex business issues, and we're committed to supporting our people's growth and development.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree
• CPA certificate
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in the taxation of partnerships, limited liability companies, and other similar flow-through entities and high net-worth individuals
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Excellent written, oral communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to identify and propose resolutions to complex income tax issues
• Demonstrated advanced project management skills
• Ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
• Excellent research & analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player with emphasis on the continued growth and development of team members
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office computer programs
