Requirements

• Mixology experience required, mixology certification preferred.
• Deep understanding of a cocktail lounge guest experience and service.
• Previous bartending and serving experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• A valid alcohol awareness certification, as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• A flexible schedule, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
