CHIEF ENGINEER

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance management, preferably in a hotel setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Extensive knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
• A commitment to safety, with experience in OSHA regulations and safety standards
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently
