Business Development Analyst

Role Overview

As a Business Development Analyst, you will be a key member of the Business Development team focused on boosting growth and sales revenue of the company through the provision of independent loan agency and bond trustee services. You will originate and secure new business mandates across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions and create and develop new and existing client relationships.

What You Will Do

Your responsibilities will include developing business leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date MI, compiling reports, researching market trends, and engaging with current and prospective clients.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years track record of success in business development or sales within the financial services industry
• Base understanding and knowledge of the loan and bond markets
• Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and create effective business strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills to engage and influence potential clients
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail and the ability to work under a pressurized and fast paced environment
• Self-motivation and effective time management
• Ability to build relationships with key stakeholders (internal and external) and decision-makers
• Proficiency in Salesforce software and Microsoft Office package
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
