Requirements

• Manage a staff of construction professionals
• Manage one or a portfolio of projects at Transportation Facilities
• Run construction progress meetings and oversee project schedule, cost, QAQC inspections, testing, acceptance and turnover
• Process change orders/negotiate construction claims
• Coordinate with contractors to plan and execute construction in coordination with facility operations
• Provide guidance and leadership to less-experienced field staff as needed
• Perform other duties as needed
