Job Description
At HDR, we're looking for a Civil/Structural Construction Inspector to join our Transportation Business Group. As an employee-owner, you'll help shape the systems that move people and goods safely, efficiently, and sustainably. You'll conduct inspections, monitor progress, and coordinate field materials sampling and testing for transportation infrastructure, buildings, and facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of construction inspection of major transportation/infrastructure projects for public agencies.
- Excellent Organizational and communication skills
- PE license in New York or New Jersey
- OSHA 30-hour training
- ACI Concrete Special Inspection and ICC Structural Steel and Bolting certifications
