Job Description
At HDR, we offer opportunities for aspiring communications professionals to drive employee engagement and culture, promote and protect the company's brand, and facilitate the flow of business-critical information. The Communications Intern will assist in storytelling through written features and videos, choosing and gathering assets to support communication campaigns, and evaluating tactics to best reach internal and external audiences.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled (undergraduate or graduate student) and majoring in marketing, journalism, advertising, business or English
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign Illustrator strongly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or Adobe Premiere a plus
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
- Attention to detail a must
- Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
