Requirements
- Lead & Inspire: Take charge of a multidiscipline team, guiding the layout, detailing, and overall design process across multiple project phases.
- Drive Collaboration: Independently coordinate with engineers, designers, and consultants to ensure every detail comes together seamlessly.
- Be the Client Partner: Establish and lead client and stakeholder meetings, while engaging with governing agencies to ensure compliance and smooth approvals.
- Hands-On Leadership: Conduct on-site work sessions with project managers and discipline leads to keep progress moving.
- Deliver Excellence: Manage workloads, review architectural documents, and resolve conflicts across disciplines to keep projects on schedule and on point.
- Elevate Quality: Perform QA/QC reviews, write and edit specifications, and ensure the technical integrity of every deliverable.
- Adapt & Solve: Coordinate addenda, RFIs, CPRs, and change orders — integrating them effectively into project documents.
- Dual Leadership: Step into project leadership or construction contract administration roles as needed, demonstrating both design and management excellence.
