Job Description
The Tampa office of HDR is seeking a Design Principal to join their growing practice and provide creative design solutions that improve the health and human condition. The successful candidate will champion design excellence, develop innovative solutions, and guide initial design concepts from pursuit to project completion.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 15 years related experience
- A minimum 7 years project management experience
- Registered Architect
- Experience on large-scale projects
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, motivational/organizational and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to travel
