Drinking Water Treatment Business Class Lead

As the Water Treatment Business Class Lead, you will work with Water Business Group leadership to lead, shape, and grow HDR's water treatment business in Washington. You will play an integral technical role on multidisciplinary teams to deliver highly visible, impactful public infrastructure projects across the state, region, and country.

Requirements

• Participate in project delivery from planning, design, through construction phases to meet client expectations
• Serve as a project manager or design manager and lead critical area and regional projects
• Oversee coordination, monitoring, and improvement of technical competencies of business class staff and deliverables
• Use proactive project management to verify that all work is planned, organized, controlled, and delivered
• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and manage technical personnel
• Manage and develop multidisciplinary teams, including monitoring utilization, morale, quality control, and marketing support
