Education and Science Principal

HDR is seeking an experienced Principal to lead the Education and Science practice in the Southeast region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex Education and Science projects, with a strong understanding of what these environments need to succeed. The role requires experience in business development, sustainable design, and leadership skills to drive business growth and client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• 15 years related experience
• A minimum 7 years project management experience
• Registered Architect
• Experience on large-scale projects
• Strong team leadership, mentoring, motivational/organizational and people skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead a team on projects and make client presentations
• Working knowledge of Revit
