Job Description
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer (PE) - Battery Energy Storage Systems BESS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in design of BESS, distributed generation, renewables, electrical distribution, or power system controls, and a strong understanding of BESS technologies and their integration into traditional power generation and renewables generation facilities.
Requirements
- Support grid scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) projects
- Evaluate and analyze energy storage technologies, products, and vendors
- Develop and review engineering design plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents
- Provide construction phase technical support
- Participate in design reviews with various stakeholders
- Develop written technical reports
