The EMEA Electrical Business Class Lead will drive the development of best-in-class practice, build a community of technical experts, and implement quality initiatives to support HDR's enterprise. The role requires a Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and management of diverse teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field
- 10 years of experience
- Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience
- Works cooperatively with other area business class leaders, operations managers, technical directors and marketing managers
