Job Description
HDR is looking for a Health Principal to lead projects and teams, with a focus on sustainable design and LEED experience. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, 15 years of related experience, and 7 years of project management experience.
Requirements
- Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams
- Establish client relations and be involved in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings
- Coordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle
- Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate work effort with team
- Supervise large project staffs and act as mentor for less-experienced Project Managers
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project)
- Extensive knowledge and experience within the local and regional market
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, motivational/organizational and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
