Job Description
HDR is seeking a Health Principal to lead the growth and development of its health architecture practice in the Seattle office. The successful candidate will guide the overall direction of the Health sector in the local region and oversee large health projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- 15 years related experience
- A minimum 7 years project management experience
- Registered Architect
- Experience on large-scale health projects
- Extensive knowledge and experience within the local and regional market
- Strong team leadership, mentoring, motivational/organizational and people skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be willing to travel
