Requirements

• Provide planning, design, and coordination support on healthcare projects
• Prepare architectural drawings, diagrams, and space plans using CAD and BIM tools
• Support space programming and functional planning activities under the direction of senior planners
• Participate in user group meetings and planning workshops as a supporting team member
• Coordinate planning information with architectural, engineering, and project management disciplines
• Research applicable Canadian healthcare facility guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Prepare presentation materials, reports, and planning documentation
• Perform other duties as required
