Job Description
HDR is seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead teams in the planning, design, and construction of various industrial projects, including data centers, water treatment facilities, and manufacturing plants. The role involves working with project managers, architects, and engineers to deliver construction documents and intermediate milestone deliverables. The successful candidate will have a strong technical expertise, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience
- Registered Architect
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
- Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
- Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications
- Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills
- LEED Accreditation with experience and/or interest in sustainable design
