HDR seeks a driven Internal Audit Manager to partner with leadership teams to strengthen the business through operational, accounting/financial, compliance, and IT audits. The ideal candidate will have experience working with finance and operational business leaders, build trusted working relationships, and possess strong presentation skills.
Requirements
- Analyze business functions, assess risk, and tailor the nature, extent, and timing of audit procedures accordingly.
- Maintain organized documentation to evidence the performance of audit tests, as well as communicate the results and recommendations to management.
- Build and maintain working relationships with various levels of financial, technical, and operational management throughout the organization.
- Incorporate data-enabled audit techniques and risk analytics to enhance audit coverage, efficiency, and insight.
- Lead the audit department to design reporting tools intended to identify risks occurring real-time within the business.
- Supervise and review audits, develop audit team members, and enhance the overall team environment.
- Develop the annual audit plan using a risk-based analysis to recommend areas of focus to the Internal Audit Director.
