Job Description
As an IT Project Manager I at HDR, you will be responsible for planning and managing small- to medium-sized projects of low to moderate complexity. You will ensure that project results meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality, and identify and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for success.

- Ensure that project results meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality
- Identify and coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for success
- Develop detailed project plans
- Develop project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders
- Utilize approved change control processes to manage changes in project scope
- Measure project performance and provide status updates/reports
- Perform risk analysis and management to keep projects on track
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Requires supervision and oversight for more complex projects and initiatives
