Job Description
HDR is seeking a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support integrated marketing and communications initiatives, collaborate across teams, and create compelling content. The role involves working with the Global Marketing & Communications team, designers, engineers, and architects to ensure coherent visual and written communication.
Requirements
- Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives
- Collaborate across teams to ensure coherent visual and written communication
- Develop and edit compelling content, including project narratives and social media posts
- Support internal communication initiatives, including content development and employee guidance
- Assist in planning and supporting the internal knowledge sharing conference
- Create graphics, illustrations, layouts, presentations, and digital assets
- Maintain and update marketing and communications databases and content libraries
- Perform other related tasks as required
