Requirements
- Support the work of the mechanical design team
- Coordinate workload to complete project assignments and deliverables on schedule
- Write and edit mechanical specifications
- Understand fan and pump curves
- Perform psychrometric calculations
- Develop sections and elevations for complex ductwork and piping areas
- Coordinate HVAC and/or plumbing system control requirements
- Review mechanical documents for areas of conflict
- Perform field work and verification of existing conditions
- Provide construction administration support
