Memphis Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager

As a Water/Wastewater Engineering Project Manager at HDR, you'll manage concept and design aspects of projects, coordinate team planning, and establish client relations. You'll participate in reviews with regulatory agencies and work with marketing teams to develop contract drawings and documents.

Requirements

• Manage all concept and design aspects of small to medium multi-discipline planning and design projects or large, routine projects
• Coordinate the work of engineers and balance team planning throughout the project's development
• Establish client relations and be involved with marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings
• Participate in reviews with various regulatory agencies to ensure code compliance
• Coordinate workload throughout the entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule
• Track the financial aspects of projects and coordinate and adjust work effort with the team to ensure that work is completed within the agreed-upon scope, schedule, and budget parameters
• Manage construction phase services, including submittal, shop drawing, and RFI review, coordination, and correspondence
• Manage technical components of pursuits and work with marketing team to produce high quality pursuit documents
