Job Description
The Transportation Area Business Development Leader is responsible for setting the strategic vision for HDR's NY/NJ area business development programs and growth initiatives. The role oversees business development activities, coordinates with regional directors, and manages business development with marketing, operations, and project staff to maximize client satisfaction, company growth, and profitability.
Requirements

- Develop and lead 5-Year Strategic Vision & Planning and Annual Plan (Alignment and Budgeting)
- Responsible for identifying and expanding markets
