Northern California Water Business Development Leader

At HDR, we are looking for a Business Development Leader to lead our water business development efforts in Northern California. As a key member of our Water Business Group, you will be responsible for driving innovation, building strategic partnerships, and unlocking new opportunities in drinking water, wastewater, and water resources planning and design. This role requires a strong network of water clients, experience leading diverse teams, and a growth mindset.
