Payroll Staff Accountant

As a Payroll Staff Accountant in our Omaha Corporate Office, you will support a wide range of activities within our U.S. payroll operations, including processing payroll, auditing employee master data, and managing document retention.

Requirements

• Processing payroll and performing payroll reconciliations
• Auditing employee master data to ensure accurate tax withholding and payroll compliance
• Strong understanding of US payroll tax regulations
• Calculating wages, overtime, and payroll deductions
• Processing off cycle checks and terminations
• Entering and maintaining payroll data
• Managing document retention
• Updating payroll related spreadsheets
• Responding to employee payroll inquiries
