Job Description
As a Power Delivery Team Lead at HDR, you'll lead a team of engineers and EITs, drive client relationships and business development, and work on complex projects impacting communities and industries.
Requirements
- Supervise and mentor a team of substation engineers and EITs
- Develop proposals and fee estimates for new projects
- Lead client engagement and business development efforts
- Coordinate the work of the power design team
- Establish meetings and participate in reviews with governing agencies
- Manage workload and schedules to deliver projects on time
- Conduct on-site work sessions with Project Managers and other disciplines
- Review project documents for conflicts and ensure seamless integration across disciplines
- Write and edit project specifications
- Coordinate with other teams on addenda, RFIs, and change orders
- Provide construction contract administration as needed
- Perform QA/QC reviews on work by Engineers, Project Coordinators, Designers, or BIM Technicians
