Job Description
As a Power Delivery Team Lead at HDR, you'll guide a team of engineers and EITs, drive client relationships, and lead complex projects for reliable power delivery and mission-critical data centers. You'll supervise, mentor, and develop proposals while ensuring project success.
Requirements
- Supervise and mentor a team of substation engineers and EITs
- Develop proposals and fee estimates for new projects
- Lead client engagement and business development efforts
- Coordinate the work of the power design team
- Establish meetings and participate in reviews with governing agencies
- Manage workload and schedules to deliver projects on time
- Conduct on-site work sessions
- Review project documents for conflicts and ensure seamless integration across disciplines
- Write and edit project specifications
- Coordinate with other teams on addenda, RFIs, and change orders
- Provide construction contract administration as needed
- Perform QA/QC reviews on work by Engineers, Project Coordinators, Designers, or BIM Technicians
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support project success
