Requirements
- Lead the project team, manage schedule + budget, coordinate with engineering disciplines
- Develop the project work plan for the execution of the project
- Achieve project schedule, quality, and profitability goals
- Maintain regular communication and coordination within the project team and with the client
- Develop and maintain client relations
- Perform marketing, business development, and consulting activities with existing and new clients
- Implement quality control checks per established procedures
- Conduct negotiations to obtain the client’s approval and perform the contract administration of the change order
