Project Accountant 2

As a Project Accountant 2 at HDR, you will prepare client invoices, track project budgets, and code and process project A/P for multiple projects. You will also conduct accurate contract documentation, administration, and maintenance, including fee and budget entry in the project accounting system.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Associate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
• A minimum of 5 years of experience; an advanced degree may offset years of experience
• Familiar with Earned Value Management
• Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook
