Project Controls Manager

HDR is looking for a Project Controls Manager to join their team. The primary role of this position is to develop and maintain project controls practices on assigned projects, with the goal to meet scope, schedule, and budget performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, engineering management, accounting, business administration or closely related fields.
• A minimum of 10 years' experience in project controls work on engineering and construction projects, including planning, estimating, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, schedule control, and project reports
• Strong decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple long- and short-term tasks simultaneously
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong oral and written communication skills
