Job Description
As a Project Director at HDR, you will manage large-scale multidisciplinary teams on mission-critical projects, conduct sales and business development activities, and ensure projects are delivered technically correct and on time. You will lead full lifecycle delivery of large-scale data centre projects, manage multidisciplinary engineering teams, and oversee contractor performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering major data centre projects across EMEA
- Deep understanding of mission-critical MEP, power, cooling and commissioning
- Strong leadership skills
- Exceptional stakeholder and client relationship experience
- Commercial acumen with a track record of delivering projects on budget and on programme
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- MS Office and MS Project experience
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Incorporated Status in chosen discipline
- Ongoing pursuit of Chartered status and business qualifications
