Job Description
HDR is seeking a Project Manager - Health to lead complex small to medium projects or routine large projects in the architecture practice. The successful candidate will have experience in sustainable design/LEED, complex healthcare projects, and project management.
Requirements
- Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams
- Responsible for all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects
- Establish and maintain client relations
- Conduct work sessions for deliverable development
- Coordinate staffing and workload
- Track financial aspects of projects
- Implement QA/QC procedures
