Job Description
HDR is seeking a Right-of-Way Acquisition Agent to perform right of way acquisition services on moderately complex projects and work on transportation, power, and water projects as part of HDRâs cross sector services group.
Requirements
- Provide support to the Right of Way project team
- Prepare real estate documents
- Negotiate with property owners
- Prepare permitting applications
- Track and input project status in spreadsheets
- Read and understand right-of-way plans
- Ability to understand and work in compliance with federal, state and local regulations
