Right of Way Agent 1

As a Right of Way Agent, you will provide pre-negotiation project, parcel and property owner due diligence and non-complex negotiations for acquisition of rights relative to public or private projects.

Requirements

• Real estate license in good standing
• Database and GIS familiarity
• 1 year of experience in real estate or 120 hours of documented real estate training
• Understanding of federal, state and local laws and regulations specific to the real estate and right-of-way industry
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Project
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and effectively with people of all types
