As a Right of Way Project Manager at HDR, you will lead a team of right of way professionals, coordinate area operations, and develop goals for growth. You will participate in project delivery, improve technical competencies, and collaborate with area operations leadership and marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of project management experience
- A broad-based range of right-of-way experience
- Proven ability to manage right-of-way projects effectively
- Demonstrated ability to establish, grow, and manage a right-of-way program and staff
- Prior experience managing budgets and preparing reports on project financials
- Proven ability of contract development and implementation of capital improvements
- Strong project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
