Roadway EIT/Designer

At HDR, we're looking for a Roadway EIT/Designer to join our team. As an employee-owner, you'll be fully engaged in creating a welcoming environment where everyone is valued and respected. You'll serve in a technical role, overseeing roadway designs and collaborating with Right of Way and preconstruction staff. Requirements

• Serve in a technical role under the direction of a Project Manager
• Support roadway designs and plan development
• Oversee the work of CAD Designers and possibly other EITs
• Prepare detailed engineering designs for roadway and highway projects
• Collaborate with Right of Way and preconstruction staff
• Assume some project management duties and interact with clients as needed
• Perform other duties as needed
