Senior Construction Scheduler

We're seeking a Senior Construction Scheduler to assist the Project Manager with planning and monitoring major transportation or industrial projects, prepare schedules, and monitor construction progress. In this role, you'll work with the project team, contractors, and clients to ensure construction contract schedule compliance and provide written summary progress reports.

Requirements

• Assist the Project Manager with planning and monitoring all aspects of major transportation or industrial projects
• Prepare base schedules, schedule reviews, monthly schedule update analysis, time impact analysis, and investigation and analysis of schedule impacts
• Monitor and document construction progress
• Identify, track and assist in resolution of construction issues/conflicts
• Act as liaison between the client, contractors or designers concerning construction issues/conflicts and plan revisions
