Requirements

• Develop, evaluate, compile, and present scope and cost data for project estimating
• Prepare detailed quantity takeoff for design and construction projects
• Provide technical direction, guidance and mentoring to assigned personnel
• Prepare and implement procedures for conducting estimates
• Perform general or discipline cost estimating generating capital cost and/or services estimates
• Take responsibility for completeness and accuracy of estimates within defined parameters
• Coordinate with design and construction staff to obtain estimate scope and schedule data
• Prepare comprehensive cost estimate reports
