Senior Cultural Resources Specialist/Project Manager

Requirements

• Assessment and preparation of documents, reports, and findings for archaeological investigations
• Development and monitoring of tasks, schedules, and cost estimates
• Leading and supporting Section 106 compliance, NEPA, and CEQA efforts
• Conducting fieldwork, participating in meetings, and developing compliance strategy
• Planning and developing projects or design activities that have significant impact on major company programs
• Serving as a technical expert with recognized authority in an area of specialization
• Developing new work streams, working directly with clients, and possibly serving as client manager
• Working with cross-sector teams to optimize project delivery and new business development
• Planning, organizing, and supervising work of medium to large staff of professionals and technicians
• Serving as Project Manager on larger projects
