Senior Electrical Engineer

We're seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team at HDR. As a leader, you'll assist the Electrical Section Manager in managing and guiding the Electrical Group. Your responsibilities will include coordinating electrical design teams, tracking financial aspects of projects, and establishing client relationships.

Requirements

• Leading electrical design teams for several concurrent projects.
• Coordinating workload to complete documents on schedule.
• Tracking the financial aspects of projects, coordinating and adjusting the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within budget.
• Conducting schematic, design development and contract document working sessions with clients.
• Establishing and maintaining client relationships, participate in marketing, design and production meetings with regard to electrical systems.
• Conducting reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance.
• Acting as a mentor for junior staff members.
