Senior Electrical Engineer

HDR is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team. As a leader, this individual will assist the Electrical Section Manager in managing and guiding the Electrical Group. The primary responsibilities include leading electrical design teams, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and establishing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis, a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Requirements

• Leading electrical design teams for several concurrent projects
• Coordinating workload to complete documents on schedule
• Tracking the financial aspects of projects
• Establishing and maintaining client relationships
• Conducting reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance
• Acting as a mentor for junior staff members
