Requirements

• Coordinate the work of Electrical Engineers with a multidiscipline team
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, design, and production meetings
• Assume the electrical lead on many projects
• Conduct schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions
• Track financial aspects of projects and coordinate workload to complete documents on schedule
• Direct the activities of other electrical engineering professionals and act as a mentor
