Job Description
HDR is an employee-owned company that values inclusivity and diversity. As a Senior Electrical Engineer - Power Generation, you will lead teams in power generation design projects and work on renewable energy projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in electrical power generation and renewable energy design
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Control Systems Engineering with an Electrical Power emphasis
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas or ability to obtain reciprocity
- Experience in renewable energy (PV, BESS, etc.) and DER or “microgrid” projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently, as a lead on a multi-discipline consulting team, or as a lead on a small team
