Senior Engineer - Traffic

As a Senior Engineer - Traffic at HDR, you'll provide design oversight for roadway, lighting, signing, pavement marking, traffic signals, and traffic management system design plans. You'll assist in providing oversight of traffic control and sequencing plans, and serve as a technical expert with recognized authority in an area of specialization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in ITS and traffic engineering
• Professional engineering license recognized by the licensing board
• Knowledge of regulations of state and federal transportation agencies
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience using HCS, CORSIM, Synchro/SIM Traffic and other software packages
• Strong oral and written communication skills, presentation skills, and ability to work in a team environment
